METC offers our members personal conditioning plans designed to improve their overall fitness levels and enhance their tennis performance.


Customized Conditioning Programs

METC also offers customized conditioning programs developed and directed by the Training Room, LLC and offers:

  • Comprehensive Sports Assessment
  • Personalized Instruction
  • Tennis Specific Strength and Conditioning

Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is a high energy fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout. 

It is a very social and fun class for players of all ability levels.  If you’ve never played tennis before it is a great way to be introduced to the sport and if you are an experienced high level tennis player it is the best way to train for tennis.

Tuesdays - 7:30pm-8:30pm

$50 for 6-week session or $10 per class

Memberships are not required, but you must reserve your spot.

Reservations need to be made no later than noon on Tuesday to confirm your spot.  If we do not receive enough reservations, Cardio Tennis will be cancelled and you will be notified prior to the class.
